We’ve made returns simple and straightforward. Follow these five easy steps to return or exchange your item.
Make sure your item is unused, in good condition, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Some products, such as intimate apparel, customized products, and final sale items, cannot be returned.
Contact our support team at support@clovyre.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, contact email, a short description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, you’ll receive the return address and detailed instructions by email.
Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including taxes and customs clearance fees. Keep your receipt and tracking number safe.
Once we receive and verify your item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refund times depend on your payment method:
If you requested an exchange, we will confirm availability and ship the replacement item. If the item is out of stock, our team will contact you with alternative options.
