Returns & Refunds Policy

At ClovyRE, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided the items have not yet been shipped.
  • If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team for assistance.

2. After-Sales Service Period

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of the date marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Requests submitted beyond these periods will not be accepted.

3. How to Apply

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@clovyre.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your contact email
  • A description of the issue with the item
  • Photos showing the item and its packaging (to help us resolve your request quickly)

4. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused: No signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage.
  • Tags Attached: Original tags and labels must be intact.
  • Packaging Intact: Original packaging (e.g., dust bags, boxes) must be included.
  • Good Condition: Free from stains, odors, or other damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please note that customized products, intimate apparel, accessories, and clearance items are generally non-returnable (this will be noted on the product page).

5. Return & Exchange Process

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer support to submit a request.
  2. Provide order details and photos of the item.
  3. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
  4. You are responsible for shipping the item back and covering all costs (including customs and taxes).
  5. Once the item is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact customer support to submit your exchange request.
  2. Provide the size, color, or specification of the replacement item.
  3. We will confirm availability and arrange the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide alternative options.

6. Refund Instructions

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and verified by our warehouse. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment method:

  • Credit Card: Refunds usually appear within 7 business days (depending on your bank).
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours after approval.

7. Return Shipping & Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and clearance fees.
  • Please use a shipping method with tracking and keep your receipt safe.
  • We do not accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD).

8. Important Notes

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please double-check your package before shipping. We are not responsible for items that were not purchased from ClovyRE but sent back in error.
