1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • European Union (all member states)
  • United Kingdom
  • United States & Canada
  • Selected international destinations

At checkout, the system will automatically confirm if delivery is available to your location based on the address provided.

2. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Your total delivery time is composed of two parts:

  • Order Processing Time: Packaging and dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Shipping Time: Courier delivery to your address.

3. Order Processing Time

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you promptly by email to arrange an exchange or refund.
  • If your order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, we may ship available items first.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Important Notes

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, severe weather, or customs checks.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid failed deliveries or returns.
  • Outside the EU, additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the customer’s responsibility (DDU).
  • To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately from different fulfilment locations. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where applicable.
